As a Design Director, I am privileged to work closely with an extraordinary global team of designers. Our main focus is to deliver top-notch work through open collaboration that serves as a source of inspiration for both our clients and the design community.
One of my core commitments is to mentor and support others in achieving their professional goals. I actively engage in the design industry as a public speaker, participate in open discussions about workplace well-being, and serve as a guest lecturer at various universities across Europe. My motivation stems from a deep desire to share knowledge, inspire others, and foster inclusivity within the industry.
